Swift Support (“Swift Support”), operating from Mexico, is responsible for processing the personal data you provide through this website, in accordance with applicable Mexican law on the protection of personal data held by private parties. Through the contact form we collect: name, company or organization, email address, phone number (optional), the topic you are interested in, the approximate size of your support team and the content of your message. For security reasons we also record the IP address from which the form is submitted. We do not request sensitive personal data.

Primary purposes, necessary to handle your request:
- Answering your questions about Swift Support.
- Scheduling and delivering product demonstrations.
- Preparing and sending you proposals or quotes.
- Preventing misuse of the form (spam or abuse).
Secondary purposes, which help us serve you better: sending you information about Swift Support news and new versions. If you do not want your data used for these purposes, let us know by writing to contacto@swift-support.net; your refusal will not affect how we handle your request.
